So Makenzie was baptized on Saturday. It was supposed to start at 11:00, but was pushed to 11:30. Someone broke the plug to the font and the water kept leaking out.
Makenzie had to be dunked 2 times. Her feet didn't want to stay down. My Mom spoke about the Holy Ghost and The Foster's sang "I Believe in Christ".
It was really sweet Nate cried. It was a really good day. I can't believe she is old enough to be baptized. The past 8 years have flown by and she has turned in to a beautiful little girl.

I'm sad we couldn't make it...I'm glad it went so well though and I'm sure the spirit was really strong too!
So I guess we arn't the only one's that end up having to have the time later than wanted ;-) That sucks about the leak but it always seem's to work it's way out doesn't it :) The lord has his hand in it I know!!

Conrats! My Makenzie will get baptized in a little over a year and it seems like life has just flown by.
